Choosing a plan: three decisions

  1. Lite → Pro

    Who hosts the model?

    Lite runs on the org's own LLM API key. Pro includes Tetriz-hosted model access, so there is no key to provision, rotate, or bill separately. It also adds Google and Microsoft SSO plus an audit log.

  2. Pro → Max

    Does activity outside the codebase matter?

    Max adds the Google Workspace and Slack connectors. It measures code activity alongside review conversations and meeting load.

  3. Max → Enterprise

    How much control does the org need over identity and data?

    Enterprise adds SAML and Okta SSO, multiple concurrent connectors, org-wide attribution, and custom data export, with a dedicated support agent. Quoted rather than listed, because the scope of those differs.

Before the demo call what to expect from pricing and access

A seat is one engineer whose activity Tetriz reports on. Seats decide whose data appears in team and org reporting, so an org can run Tetriz across a subset of its engineers rather than all of them. Activity from an engineer without a seat is not surfaced in the dashboard.

Not yet. Lite is listed at $9 per seat per month but has no sign-up path: self-serve purchasing does not exist, so the card carries a Coming Soon badge rather than a button. Pro at $29 is the entry point today, and every plan starts with a demo call.

Tetriz supports GitHub, GitLab, and Bitbucket. Each connector reads the repository and pull-request or merge-request information needed for reporting.

Yes. The GitHub, GitLab, and Bitbucket connectors read repositories, branches, pull requests or merge requests, their diffs, repository trees, and file contents. This helps Tetriz connect coding sessions with delivered changes.

No. Tetriz does not post pull-request or merge-request comments, change source code, or modify connected repositories.

The Tetriz Desktop App supplies the session information needed for personal coaching and product reporting. Tetriz applies redaction before that data leaves an engineer's machine; the Privacy Policy describes how Tetriz collects, uses, and retains data.

No. The listed plans are priced per seat per month and Enterprise is quoted; either way the plan is what determines which connectors are available, not a per-connector charge. Version control, issue tracking and the AI coding agents are in the feature set from Lite upward; Google Workspace and Slack arrive with Max.

An organisation can revoke connector access at any time, which stops collection. The Privacy Policy says that operational data from connected integrations is retained for the active subscription and a reasonable period afterwards, and that customer data is deleted after subscription termination as applicable law requires.

Enterprise includes multiple concurrent connectors. The right configuration depends on the organisation's reporting scope and is agreed with sales.
